All was just fine, nothing to complain about.

I had a fabulous stay at a quaint hostel in a cool neighborhood. The decor was neat, the beds were really comfy, and the breakfast was nice. The staff was sweet and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hostel had lovely terraces and common areas that were brightly lit, creating a great atmosphere. Despite the small room size, the location was perfect and the hostel had a lot of character. I'll definitely recommend this place!

We loved the location of the hotel - within walking distance of the arts district and several great restaurants in Bellavista. It was also convenient to take the cable car up to San Cristóbal hill, which was a highlight of our trip. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with fresh fruits, bread, cheese, cold meats, and hot pancakes. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel in Bellavista is a great find. The location is perfect, as it's very close to everything - from the funicular of Cierro Santa Lucia to the restaurants. It's also easy to walk to from the metro station. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent, available 24 hours a day. The rooms are comfortable and offer a great view, some even having a balcony. The basic amenities are provided, and it's a plus that breakfast is included.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the fast and reliable WiFi connection that allowed us to stream movies and complete some work online. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, close to restaurants and shops.

The size of the room, which was small and cramped. the air conditioning did not work well, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The location of the hotel is great as it is situated in a lively area with easy access to main tourist areas, restaurants at Bellavista and just a short walk from the metro station. the staff provide excellent service, and breakfast is yummy with fruit salad and toasts. the rooms are super clean with comfortable mattresses and there is a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the sunset from.

The bathroom can be a little small and cramped.

Great location, close to bars and downtown. Breakfast is good and the decoration of the common spaces is nice.

The small rooms have no space for bags. The shower lacks any pressure and the lack of hot water was a big inconvenience.
